How do young athletes get discovered in India?
Athletes create a free profile with their sport, position, stats, achievements, and highlights. Scouts, coaches, and academies then find them through search and Radar — All For 1's AI talent-discovery tool that matches athletes by sport, position, location, and performance. Athletes with a recorded match history are the ones a search can act on.
What is a Performance Card, and where do its numbers come from?
A Performance Card is the record of an athlete’s performances and statistics on their profile. Its numbers come from tournaments run on All For 1: the organiser records them live as the match is played, using the same tool that runs the game, and the athlete never types them in. Every statistic is tied to a specific match in a specific competition, and the profile shows how many matches were recorded and at which tournaments — so a reader can see the source, not just the number. That is what separates it from a profile a player fills in themselves.
Where does the performance data on All For 1 come from?
Match statistics come from the tournament itself: the organiser records them as the match is played, and each one is stored against that match and that competition, so an athlete's profile can show how many matches were recorded and where. Figures an athlete enters about themselves — a personal best, for instance — are stored separately and labelled as self-reported wherever they appear, so the two are never read as the same kind of number. Identity verification through DigiLocker (India's government-backed digital identity system) is on our roadmap and is not available today.
Who is All For 1 for?
All For 1 is for athletes who want to be seen, and for the scouts, coaches, and academies looking for talent. Athletes — from grassroots and school/college level upward — build their profile and track record; recruiters discover and evaluate players across India by sport, position, location, and recorded performance.
Is All For 1 safe for young athletes?
Yes. Accounts for athletes under 13 are guardian-managed and require guardian consent, and a profile is only ever publicly discoverable when the athlete is 13 or older and discovery is explicitly enabled. Public profiles show sport and state only — never a child's exact location or contact details — and privacy is enforced at the data layer, not just by policy.
